    Good food, lots of options, high end tequila and mezcal. Only problem is they can’t figure out how to manage their waitlist

    Bad lounge experience almost every time I fly through Cancun airport. Today, with no visible line, we were told the wait to enter was over an hour. It’s a decent lounge once you get in, but good luck getting in.

      All sites including Mera’s indicate that this lounge opens at 6:00 am. The respective staff have a different opinion. It only opens @ 6:30. Customers deserve better info, right?
