Overall ratings
Such a terrible lounge from a service point of view. Staff just disappeared and when they did show up they were smug and indifferent. Next time I will just find a restaurant in the terminal
I am glad i looked for a lounge. The food was fresh and good quality . The have abundant of everything and the front desk guys were helpful. I plan to use it again.
I am surprised how such a lounge can be tolerated. No food, bad service ! Better to close than to have such a service . How could you count food ? This is a shame! After complaining, I was told it is from the management which makes the story worse 🙁 feel sad for the company and feel even worse for the picture we convey to the world in Morocco !
The lounge itself is small, no problem there. However the staff in some cases indifferent. Others are rude and quite likely racist. Asking for a second cup of coffee was met with a pronounced eye roll from the woman behind the bar. Asking for a sweet (brownie) to go with it nearly sent her over the edge as she frowned and shrugged her shoulders. My wife had a similar experience. No amount of smiling, please and thank-you could turn that frown upside down. Sitting back and watching however I noticed if Moroccan customers asked for a coffee they would be met with a smile and told to sit and she delivered the coffee. I’m a westerner, and apparently that dictates the level of service. She should really find another line of work.
The worst lounge I’ve ever experienced! Very bad services, rude personnel, limited drinks & food. Never ever come here! It is just waste of money!
Hmmm… it seems the people working on the working in the reception doesn’t know any information about flight delay or any flight information. Isn’t the Lounge suppose to know that for you? Poor staff service, nothing just coffee, tea and water. Don’t pay to go here okay if you’re business class okay. If you want just peace and quiet away from the gate then be here. Don’t expect too much on food and service.
Not a bad lounge but staff are really not on a global standard and even if you buy lounge access and it says free food and drink, the selection is extremely limited and they charge USD10 after your second drink.
