    why did we pay for pearl lounge food not good and no alcohol at all even thou it states there is when booking what a rip off

    Paid £100 pounds for access to this lounge,on arrival took 20 minutes to gain access due to incompetent receptionists
    When we gained entry there was only 1 person there as a customer,
    we were then told NO ALCOHOL available.
    The hot food was cold and of a very poor quality as was all the other food
    Have tried to claim refund even provided copy of their website that clearly states alcohol available
