Overall ratings
Extremely disappointed. Not very well sign posted, had to look around for it.
Four food keep hot units, but only two of them actually switched on, the other two for vegetables were cold. Warm two units had bland looking pasta and some sort of unknown hotdog type thing. None looked very appetizing. No snacks/crisps alternatives. Only non alcoholic drinks available. But coffee was good, after a small wait.
No USB charging ports, you have to try and find a mains outlet and use your own adapter.
Gloomy interior.
Worst experience ever. Only cold, terrible meals. Slow internet. It took almost forever to scan my pass. Service doesn’t speak English.
Nothing, even pandemics does not justify such badly service.
