Overall ratings
The worst lounge I have been to.
1st World problem perhaps.
However, I have never experienced such terrible food, service and drinks. All served in plastic.
Plastic plates, knife and forks all disposed in a plastic rubbish bag / bin. Also non recyclable.
Avoid this Lounge… literally at all costs.
Really poor food and drinks offering, plastic plates and glasses, one staff member on duty to restock food , clean lounge AND serve drinks (no self service), staff member had a surly attitude to bootI gained entry travelling club Europe with BA but also could have entered with priority pass. Pity anyone who paid 25 euros, definitely not worth better value in the main departure area.
