Overall ratings
The Lounge is always full, toilets could get cleaned more often. Food and beverages are average.
Contrary to what is stated here, wine is not included, only beer.
Crowded. Food average, but staff very attentive and helpful.
Since this lounge is also used as subcontractor by Star Alliance, it is extremely busy at the point where most people are usually denied entrance. We have seen the staff counting every seat available and asking people to come back later. if you manage to enter, there is a fair selection of food as well as paid drinks.
The lounge looks nice but I was denied entry last week due to capacity constraints even though I was there 4 hours before my flight. I tried at two different times none worked.
Have a plan B when visiting this lounge
