    A joke. Meh food options for breakfast (scrambled eggs labeled as shakshouka). WiFi QR codes do not connect. Once connected manually, 5 up/down. Three men’s toilets with two broken and third one missing a seat. Flynas domestic lounge was much better.

    We visited the lounge on the 22 February 2023 on our way from Madinah to London, transit at Jeddah airport for 5 hours. The lounge is not very spacious but have enough space for travellers to enjoy a peaceful & quiet time. There was a good variety of food (hot & cold), drink, pastries and fruits. It was clean and tidy as the cleaners are always going around and clean. The toilets were clean as well. We were welcomed by Meral who was very professional and helpful.
    I would recommend the Plaza Premium Lounge to travellers.
