    What a horrible lounge this Primus. Why is it even there? It’s a black mark for Indore airport. The actress seems more difficult than getting the US visa. Most cards are denied with only very few. I think they are most out to make money charging inr 680 pp with unlimited food. They even denied international cards which has given me access across the world. It’s only because of a 5 hour delayed flight to Bangalore that I went to ask for the lounge as my kids were hungry.

    The food is below average, tea n coffee are the dispenser ones n taste stale.
    It was a waste of money..

    Had been to Indore for interconnecting flight from Jammu to Mumbai, I had HDFC Regalia still they denied us an entry. Very limited cards were allowed. The person at the counter is also quite rude. Looks like they are not interested to serve any guests. Better look for alternatives outside

    Half the food servings were empty and poha was stale, rotten.
    This is the 3 rd time there was not enough food
    No cleanliness.
    Terrible approach.

    Lounge just for name sake, not having access to most of premium Lounge cards. Giving preference to third class cards but not to premium one.

    The worst lounge I have ever come across. Looks more like a cafe than a lounge. They only allow a handful of credit cards. Otherwise one needs to pay 650 for lunch/dinner. For me, the only curry available in lunch on the day I visited this lounge was chole, and as mentioned in other reviews, the staff is generally clueless about the entire menu. It’s better to eat something outside and then come to the airport as there are hardly any options in the airport. For an international airport, this lounge is a joke.

    Was forced to pay to enter the lounge for they refused to accept HDFC Regalia card which is accepted in other lounges. Rs 650 for buffet dinner – such limited choice, no soft drinks, no sweet dish! Cramped up sitting. And worst of all, the rude guy on the entry! Horrible experience!!!

    The worst lounge in our country .
    Hardly and food choice ..
    Very poorly kept …
    Attitude of staff is poorer than DHABA .
    Don’t feel like that you are in a lounge
    Even soft drinks not available .
    Tissue is available kind of ration types .
