This lounge is more of a reserved area right off the concourse than a separate private “lounge”. Aside from that distinction, I very much appreciate the ability to have a reserved area with complimentary food and drink amenities, as well as nice table seatings and a separate bar.

Quite an unpleasant experience to say the least! Washroom missing toilet seat, dirty…. Noticed the emergency door next to kitchen completely blocked by carts, dishes, etc. if any emergency in the lounge couldn’t see a way out! Noticed kitchen on way out and quite dingy and dirty. First and last time. Staff not pleasant. Will definitely try some other place on my next trip!
