Overall ratings
So disappointing. Lounge is packed but the hot food is cold and mostly hard and dry. The cold bar is prepackaged hummus and two bowls of tasteless salad – one lentil the other I can’t quite tell. Everything else is prepackaged – like the “flat croissant”. Very convenient location but chairs aren’t comfortable. It’s very 1970s
This is a giant step down from the typical business class lounge. The staff is helpful and polite but the don’t seem to notice that the cheese slices are dried up and curing. Underwhelmed in every way.
Headed to the food court to just pay for something.
Located right next to Gate 407. It’s a small lounge unlike Al-Fursan lounge in T2. Lacking kids play area, privacy area, toilet, etc.
Just like any other Al-Fursan/SkyTeam lounges, guests need to be either SkyTeam Elite Plus or flying first/business class on Saudia to access this lounge. Don’t just walk-in and expect to be able to use the lounge without any one of the above.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They are willing to go above and beyond to help guests out. Verity of food items available. You won’t go hungry during your visit. Plenty of drink items. During Iftar, the staff set all the tables up with drinks, juices, yogurt drink, dates, etc.
Hopefully they will increase the size soon and improve sitting arrangement.
Cons:
– No toilet inside. you have to walk out of the lounge to use the terminal toilet. (not a big deal)
– Very small unlike the lounge in T2.
– Can get very busy during holidays.
– Poor WiFi. Internet bandwidth is REALLY REALLY REALLY low. Not even worth using it.
Pro:
– Location is right middle of the T4. Very easy to walk to any of the gates.
– Friendly and helpful staff.
– Plenty of food and drink items
