I was charged twice on oct 28, 2023. The girls there were whispering to each other when i told them i was paying with a card. They claimed my american based cards declined and I eventually paid with my access bank card with them using another POS machine. Only to get a notification when i got to my gate that my american card was charged. I want to hope this was a honest mistake and them not trying to play games.
Good evening
I have been debited twice 30k on 11th June 2022 and the receptionist promised me that I will be credited back of the double debit. Nothing received since today I.e weeks after.
This has to be watch out by all expected customers.
Hopefully I will get the appropriate customer service at a point of time.
