    HORRIBLE SERVICE. We paid in advance for our elderly mom to stay there during a layover. When she got there they said there was no vacancy. She had to spend the night on a chair at the airport, an 80-year-old lady by herself. We are struggling to get our money back. I cannot say enough how upset I am that she went through this.
