Overall ratings
The Singapore Airlines Silverkris lounge is a very calm and relaxing space. It is available to premium passengers of Singapore Airlines and other Star Alliance airlines.
The lounge has work pods for working, dining tables, loads of armchairs, and a couple of high bar table seats overlooking the tarmac. The WiFi is really fast – much, much faster than the WiFi in the Air NZ lounge next door.
In terms of drinks, there’s Champagne (yes, proper Champagne), red & white wine, spirits & mixers/soft drinks, plus many different beers. There’s tea making facilities as well as a coffee machine. During morning and day hours there’s also a barista making fresh coffee.
The food is really fresh and tasty. On this particular visit there was a yellow fish curry which was absolutely delicious. There was also some roasted vegetables, a penne bolognaise, and some chicken drumettes. There was also fresh salads & fruits, plus cheese and crackers.
