    KOREAN staff is rude as usual, don’t even bother to check my card to see if I could access the lounge just because I can’t speak Korean?! How unprofessional can you get? Based on the previous comment even after a few years, the staff are still as rude as ever if you can’t speak their language. What a failed and backdated establishment. Would not even recommend to anyone. Unless you speak Korean. What a joke.

    Don’t go to this place. They seem to be practicing unethical ways of getting your money. When I gave them my card just to check if there was any free count available on it (as I get two free accesses in a year), they just charged it right away (even though I did not want to access the lounge using that card).

    Then, when I got transaction alert from my bank in some time, they said they wanted to check why this happened, and asked for my card. And guess what, this time they charged double! By the time I got the second alert I was boarding my plane.

    Not to mention, the food options were very limited – with only a couple for vegetarians!

    This lounge had the worst and most unprofessional service! Some employees were very rude and very unprofessional at the desk. I did not speak Korean and I could not understand their English, so there was a communication barrier, but that should not prevent them from allowing me access since I had a membership. I only had 10 minutes because I had a flight to catch, so I did not have time to deal with them. I am an avid traveler for business and this service was terrible and unacceptable. They just giggled and laugh when I left and felt insulted with the many people around. So disappointing for an establishment.
