Overall ratings
This lounge has been completely remodeled a couple of years ago, so the older reviews do not apply anymore. Still, in an airport with the lower reliability in all Europe as shown in a 2024 study, you can’t expect a lot. Very limited food selection, and often the lounge is completely full. No shower at all and toilets are in the corridor in the public area. Many prefer the Business Lounge further down the hall…
Tiny and almost always standing-room-only crowded. Food is laughably terrible – a few cold cuts and some dry bread. Reception is unfriendly. Wi-fi is slow.
And to continue from previous review (I was not logged in), she almost threw my boarding at me when coming in….
The lady at the reception was extremely rude and unwelcoming to me, and I noticed with everyone else as well. She was mainly do her best to have people out of the lounge, finding excuses and trying to be as impolite as possible. Being a Star Alliance gold for the last ten years I have never seen such an attitude problem around the world. The lounge in itself is quite small, and nothing special. The bathrooms are outside, and this is something one never likes in lounges.
Food selection is small but good! What really bugs me is the size! Whenever I am in this Lounge it is crowded. Some people suggested to check out the business Lounge instead.
Definitely one of the nicer Senator Lounges with very nice interior offering an exclusive atmosphere.
Nice selection of food and beverages.
Newspapers and magazines. Some workstations and free WIFI throughout the lounge. Restrooms are located outside the lounge in the public area.
