Terrace at Singapore - Changi (SIN) Terminal 1 is a restaurant open to all passengers, and not a traditional airport lounge. Members of Priority Pass, the world’s largest airport lounge access program, receive a set menu upon presentation of their membership card. The discount applies to guests as well.
