- Star Alliance Gold members departing or arriving on Thai Smile in any class of service AND connecting to/from a same-day Star Alliance flight (+1 guest.)

Guests must be departing on a flight operated by Thai Airways or another Star Alliance member.

Overall ratings
Very small lounge. About 50 seats in total. No toilets or showers in the lounge. Buffet style food whilst only a small variety was very tasty. No bar but there is a fridge where you can help yourself to soft drinks and beer. You can ask for wine if you can find a staff member to assist you. It’s more just a partitioned off area upstairs in the terminal so not very quiet. No flight board visible from within the lounge.
