Overall ratings
We had to wait about half an hour to get in on a Sunday evening. Otherwise, better than average for a priority pass lounge. Bar service with complimentary drinks. Decent selection of snacks, such as pasta salad and club sandwich on focaccia bread. Service was okay. You won’t be impressed, but not bad.
It is 6:10. It is supposed to open at 6:00. Sigh. Inside it is totally inadequate in size for this airport.
Very open, yet quiet the morning my family and I visited. Typical Club snacks, but nothing special. It was a Sunday morning so I didn’t experience the bar and cocktails.
It is a very small lounge, so you often have to wait. Personnel is very kind and try their best with the crowd and small space.
This lounge is busy but nice for a domestic priority pass lounge. I flew through here twice this weekend and the best part if the lounge is the staff. Sholanda, Leah and Jasmine made my layover a memorable experience. Next time I’m here I will hopefully see them again. When you’re here make sure you spark up a convo with the staff, they are awesome!
Good drinks, decent food, showers, and friendly staff.
Absolutely the worst lounge I have ever used. The food was almost nonexistent but little pieces of what was once there were left out. The staff was rude and busy trying to clean up. The bar was ok and I just got something basic. I tried to write Priority Pass but my comments kept saying unable to send. So glad I found this site so I could complain to someone. Atlanta is such a major hub so this is really unconscionable.
Very small poor run down place. Not very clean either. Food is less then average. Probably one of the worst lounges I have ever been. Not business class worthy. Disappointed, but then again, who cares? Back to Polaris, much much better.
Small lounge, with OK food and a very good well stocked bar, with charming bartenders. Can get crowded
