Between opening at 11:00 a.m., the lounge has a yogurt bar that offers fresh strawberries and blueberries, low-fat granola, bagels, whole wheat English muffins, peanut butter and cream cheese. From 11 until closing, the menu switches to fresh Mediterranean offerings, including crudités, pita bread, hummus, two types of pasta salad and an olive mix.
There a full bar, a fridge full of water and soft drinks and a coffee/tea machine with plenty of choices. There’s also cookies, granola bars, four flavors of specialty popcorn, dried fruit, Jelly Bellies, cup-of-noodle soups, potato chips and a signature Agua Fresca fruit-infused water.
In the future, The Club will offer a more robust menu that will include hot foods and more breakfast options.
The Club has zoned seating based on what you want to do. There are seats with tables and chairs for those who want to eat. There’s club seating for those who want to have a drink and conversation. For those who want to work, there are high-top bar-like seats in a business center with access to a printer.
And there’s more relaxed seats and couches that offer great views of BWI’s tarmac if you just want to relax, read one of the six magazines and newspapers available or watch television. Outlets are plentiful no matter where you sit and high-speed Wi-Fi is available.
Access is allowed for the usual companies, including Priority Pass, Lounge Key, Diners Club, and Lounge Club. The Club is staffed by a manager, a concierge and two to three customer service assistants—most of whom previously worked for Airspace Lounge—available for visitors.

Overall ratings
By far, one of the worse lounge experiences. The food was subpar and the service staff very rude. The chairs are falling apart ! They need help !
This is my first time visiting a The Club at BWI and probably the last. Let’s just say I didn’t know there was a platform to review lounges but my curiosity was determined to find one after this visit. Let’s begin with the positive. The staff was friendly. Now let’s discuss the negative.
1. Not intended for business at all
2. Mostly all chairs are reserved and not taken
3. They charge for reservation and didn’t reserve since they give you a 30minute grace period from the time you expect to be there. If I was flying the plane and can dictate my departure time this would be completely valid.
4. The chairs… ALL the chairs that were reserved and the few that were not taken were all stained and looked dirty! I saw a post from 2019 with the same complaint!!!
5. No flexible seating. All seating is in twos with a tiny table in between to share with whomever is sitting next to you. All spaces are pretty much in quads so four chairs in the “space”, two facing the other two and they are close together so you can end up just staring at the person who sits in front of you or be in their way if you bring luggage.
6. Space is TINY and not very well laid out
7. Food options are horrible. Toast and bagels, salad, eggs, oatmeal and fruit medley (grapes and pineapple). Food is in a section that will easily corner you in when others are around and right next to bar that (if open) would be seriously a problem trying to maneuver the area without bumping into someone like you would in a general admission concert.
8. Drink options are minimal. Only had water, tea, and coffee available. I’m assuming if I wanted anything other than this I’d need to go to the bar which wasn’t open at my time of arrival. They did have a mini fridge with bottled water and some soda but was looking for juice options. It was breakfast time.
I don’t foresee myself ever making any attempt to revisit without the following changes.
1. Remove the option for reservations. It’s either you’re there or you’re not.
2. Clean your chairs!!!
3. Side tables need to be a little larger to accommodate two plates and two drinks (one for each seat).
4. I was only there for their breakfast time but based on this I can only imagine what the options for lunch/dinner are.
This place is totally disgusting. It’s never been stellar, but now it has only gotten worse. It’s not clean or well kept, and the staff seems not to care. The coffee is not even hot. And for some reason there are flies buzzing around everywhere. This place is a real dump. You are better off hanging out in a restaurant at the terminal instead of this lounge. I will never go back here again. In
I’ve been to several lounges and this one is by far the lowest. Dirty floors, limited food selection as previously mentioned. Lazy front desk staff. They had six TVs- some off, some set to obscure stations. And the manager big mama tries to tell me they can’t change the channels or turn them on which of course is nonsense. Rude bartenders don’t want to be there. No smiles except when they were laughing and being unprofessional. Bathroom was like a nice gas station.
I have to start by saying that this was my very first airport lounge visit. My wife and two kids in tow on our way to Disney. Our flight the day before had been cancelled do to an ice storm at our point of origin. We had to leave the house at 6am to catch the flight to Baltimore and the kids were not happy. All that changed when we got to the Club BWI. My picky 11 year old daughter declared that the water was the best she had tasted. My son consumed one omelet after another. My wife and I had mixed drinks from their cocktail menu. The kids declared it the best place ever and were disappointed when we had to leave to catch our next flight. My 9 year old son managed to leave his coat behind and we did not have time to get it. We stopped by on our flight home and asked about the coat and they actually still had it. I found the staff to be very pleasant on both visits. One early morning and the way home was late night, so I did not see the lounge at a peak hour.
Very small, cramped when we visited at 4pm. Staff continued to let people in despite the fact that people inside could barely move let alone sit down. Nothing substantial to eat aside from hummus.
Visited the Lounge a few weeks ago with a friend. Upon entering we were greeted by what I believe was the manager, since she was dressed differently then the others, and a young man. Initially we were a bit taken back because the young man was feeding the manager watermelon by hand at the front desk. A bit unprofessional if you ask me, however they were very kind. The Lounge was clean and had a variety of snacks to choose from. Bar service was EXCELLENT! I thank the bartenders name was Christian. He kept or glasses full and had very good conversation. I had to step out to see if my flight was ready to board and on my way out I caught the same two individuals at the front desk complimenting each other’s body. The young man was also rubbing her leg. This is not the first thing guest should see upon entering or exiting. Other than that it was a pretty good visit.
