Peaceful, relaxing, and surprisingly reasonable in cost for what you get. A day pass costs $40 (less if you are with AAA, free for priority pass holders)...

Lounge is so small and overcrowded that upon arrival, they take your name and text you when they have space,. Last time we gave up after an hour and I was on the plane waiting to take off when I finally got my text.
Don’t bother. Amex Platinum should take this one off their benefits list.
Food is very bad.
Imagine if someone would take a dumpster, bolt it to an airport and call it a lounge without first removing the rubbish from the dumpster. This about describes this lounge. It is often crowded, has minimal “food” offerings. Last time I visited the bathroom was out of toilet paper to top it off. The size is minuscule. It may fit 20 people nicely, but not 50, 100 or however many you tend to find in the lounge.
Don’t bother. This place is a joke. One of the worst lounges I been to. They have no concept of customer service. Management needs to review and revamp the team at Clib JAX!!
The lounge was in a sad state today for our first visit. Issues with ID scanner at front door, coffee machine broken, only breakfast option was a sad small plate of eggs. There is literally no carb to be found before my flight (associate shared they ran out of bagels… it is 7:45AM!)
This is only my second experience with a “The Club” but I can’t say I’ll have any interest in returning to this location.
