Operated by Airport Dimensions, The Club MSY joins a growing family of pay-per-use airport lounges in the US. Members of popular lounge access schemes Priority Pass and Lounge Club are welcome, in addition to walk-up customers and airline-invited guests.
The Club MSY features comfortable seating as well as semi-private work spaces, all outfitted with ample power outlets. Seating options include ergonomic work chairs, swivel lounge chairs, highly-private cube chairs, reclining chairs with ottomans, and dining tables and booths.
While mostly functional, the decor incorporates a number of local touches. The shape of a bar evokes a saxophone, in a nod to the vibrant musical culture of the Big Easy. A local artist designed a deconstructed crystal chandelier crafted from over 600 hand-blown glass pendants. Throughout the space, photography by David Spielman celebrates New Orleans.
Patrons will find a variety of snacks, nibbles, and local fare crafted by New Orleans chef John Folse, including chicken and sausage gumbo, spinach and artichoke dip, and bread and butter pudding. The Club MSY also features a full bar with a custom cocktail menu. Infused water, tea, espresso, and soda are also available.
A shower suite is available to guests who wish to freshen up.

Overall ratings
Always full on my attempts. Courteous at check in booth, but have no idea in the Club – never get in.
If you’re a CSR customer expecting a Sapphire Lounge you’ll be sorely disappointed, but it doesn’t claim to be that. If the Sapphire Lounge is a JW Marriott, this is a Fairfield Inn—and keeping that mind, this is a perfectly serviceable if crowded and decidedly in-fancy lounge. The staff is extremely friendly and seems to be trying to make the best of a limited facility.
Honestly the biggest flaw is that the rest of MSY is quite nice as far as airports go. I definitely wouldn’t pay to use this lounge or wait in the queue when it’s busy, but if you have complimentary access you might as well pop in for a free drink.
Terrible food. Unhelpful staff. Uncomfortably hot inside. Absolutely filthy! A horrible lounge experience.
Packed when there at 2:00 pm. Food was salad and snacks. Clean bathrooms, but a line to use them.
I travelled in late January in the early morning. There was only one other person in the lounge. Breakfast options were standard lounge fare–pastries, fruit, eggs. The bar was well stocked. The lounge was clean (it was quite new at the time). There were several seating options available. I did not notice a kids play area.
Great place to lounge.
