The Cram Bar at Chandigarh airport is a restaurant open to all passengers, and not a traditional airport lounge. Members of Priority Pass, the world’s largest airport lounge access program, receive a complimentary set menu/pre-packed menu (once ever 24 hours) upon presentation of their membership card. The offer applies to guests as well.
