Overall ratings
Dreadful experience. Filthy stained seats I coul not bring myself to sit on. Requested seat elsewhere in lounge – very politely- and told they were reserved for other airlines passengers. Clear that TUI guests were back of the queue. Asked not to be seated too close to others as clinically extremely vulnerable to covid. Told officiously that in that case the lounge was the last place I should be. Reduced me to tears after 2 years of shielding
My husband was furious I’d been so upset by the staff member in charge of seating.
