And it’s still the same …
In T1 there is a new lounge
25 eur.. and no refills
Today i was in lounge T2: 2 words: STAY OUT of it😱 small dirty, old, no coffee???
I left and went to a bar in the terminal
25 eur same price as in T1
I am am a Belgian citizen
I am trully a shamed
Smallish, windowless none too clean box, very limited selection of drinks (lots was just finished and to the previous reviewer’s point – nobody’s checking or refilling) Snacks are literally snacks (boxes of crisps, some prepacked waffles and candy bars, stale croissants). Thankfully plenty of coffee (cups machines). “Premium WiFi” a bit of a disaster so if you thought you’d work there – bring your own access point. Big muted LCD screen without a remote showing something nondescript. Plenty of wall outlets which is nice. Rated “poor” because it is trumped by a Geneva lounge (“terrible”) when it was being refurbished…
This has got to be the worst airport lounge that I’ve ever been in. I complained to the desk where I bought the access ticket and she was so rude and uninterested in my complaint that I was shocked.
There was no coffee available and no snacks. Both coffee stations were empty. There was also no-one to refill them. In two hours I never saw one staff member come and restock anything.
Don’t waste your money on it, it’s dreadful.
