Overall ratings
Very disappointing. Tiny for a Business Lounge with too many tables and chairs crammed in. Little choice in the cold buffet with each plate clingfilmed so you first had to unseal the clingfilm, take what you wanted and then reseal the clingfilm. Surely rigid covers which could be lifted off and then replaced would make things much easier? The also limited choice of hot food looked like it had been sat there for hours. Kenya Airways now use this lounge while most others use the much better Dzimbahwe Executive Lounge. I shall avoid flying Kenya Airways on a Harare route in future so that I don’t have to visit this lounge again.
