Discriminatory, front desk not very helpful. Not accepting cash keep on insisting credit card, Cash only accepts at 12 midnight and front desk says cannot issue receipt.
Discriminatory against Indians. Lounge staff were not at interested in letting us in. I paid for 3 additional guests and the lady at reception strongly discouraged me from checkin in but rather go to another lounge outside security as they clean the AC everyday at 1am. Another lounge staff kept peaking at us when we ate the whole time and interrupted me from taking a drink from dining area to rest area saying rules don’t let me carry a drink outside dinner zone. We were sleeping in the rest area when the receptionist turned off the AC. We had to ask her to turn it back on. When the time was up and we were gathering our luggage, she again turned off the AC to encourage us to leave.

Just enjoying the wonderful hospitality of the team here right now. Extremely professional and polished. Very stylish and comfortable surroundings, good wifi, buffet was absolutely excellent – compliments to chef!!
