One reviewer here said that Priority Pass clubs have better food.
That person is taking crazy pills.
    This club is decent.
Pretty good selection of food, bar drinks, and a self serve dole whip machine for the win.

The lounge has been updated with new furniture, and each seat has two USB plugs and an electrical socket for charging. All food was individual packaged and continuously stocked, all drinks are now at the bar only. Lounge staff is extremely friendly and even came around with spam musubi.

The front desk staff were great, friendly and welcoming.

The lounge is clean, however food is limited probably worst selection I’ve encountered in a long time. Only one coffee machine working, so in short not up to it for premium airline customers in the 21st century.

Lounge has a nice enviroment and the food it’s going to rain around two stars

You know, I get spoiled with Centurion Lounges and the like. Heck, even Priority Plus has better food than most but this place is getting a bumb wrap.

I’m a frequent flyer. I know good from bad and this place isn’t bad! It’s a long way from great – a little tired in The decor but an upcoming Reno next year will likely fix all that.

As for the, I think. You get what you ask for. If your. Afraid to has “what complimentary”, well, you might end up paying.
Basically, it’s your choice. Don’t want to tip for soft drinks? Don’t. No skin off anyone’s nose.

I agree that a hearty chicken noodle soup only goes so far….but it goes further than some lounges go!

I’ve walked the floors to Gate 9/10 and honestly, would pay to use this lounge. But of course, I’m Star alliance Gold, so I don’t pay. With a 2320hr light back to Canada, I’m glad it’s here!

I wasn’t happy that I had to pay $12 for a glass of white wine. The bartender didn’t give me any free option, but said it’s cash only.

Bright, spacious, and Hawaiian inspired. But no real amenities as in most United Clubs
