Overall ratings
I made a reservation for a private lounge to have a space for my baby to sleep during our 8 hour stop in São Paulo. Upon asking for directions, airport employees told me we had to go through customs, show a VISA and go through airport security again in order to make it to our final destination. They advised against it, not to mention we did not have a VISA to leave in the first place. I reached out to them to cancel my reservation and get a refund since they did not disclose that information and was told I had a year to use it and that’s that. Extremely frustrating and deceiving!
