VIP Flyers Club provides four luxury services when travelling to and from Providenciales: VIP Lounge Access, Expedited Arrival Service (through immigration and customs), Expedited Departure Service (through airport security), and Airport Transfers (both to and from your accommodations).

Overall ratings
I cannot speak to the lounge itself as we haven’t traveled yet, this is about their customer service. I was emailing back and forth with an agent and misunderstood whether they were charging for children 2 and under (as some competitors don’t). I interpreted their response as they wouldn’t charge, so said yes let’s sign up. Without confirming the amount first, they charged my credit card for 4 people instead of 3. I wrote back immediately asking why they charged for our 2 yr old when they said they wouldn’t, and they said their response had meant the opposite – that they did charge for 2 yr olds. Given this was an honest misunderstanding and that I had written my concern immediately, I thought they would be understanding and cancel the reservation even though it’s within 21 days of the reservation. They are insisting they cannot provide a refund. I understand policies are there for a reason, but I am shocked at how rigid they are over what seems to be a mutual mistake. I don’t recommend, there are less expensive and friendlier options if you’re doing security pass only.
