    Disappointing experience. No food or drink in room. Just a server that offered coffee or tea. The tea came with a couple of packs of crackers. That was it. Did not have Wi-Fi, TV, or newspapers as advertised.

    When going to the restroom, I went by the food prep room and found the employees eating hot food. What a scam.

    On top of this, it was difficult to get in. Needed a boarding pass which was not available till 90 minutes before flight time. Usually I can get in just by showing my priority pass card.
