Overall ratings
Key problem is the staff and service
Terrible lounge for Qatar passengers, epically if you’re in first or business. Qatar should cut ties with this lounge and come to an agreement with another lounge provider in Jeddah.
Toilets are horrible. Reception is not helpful or even welcoming. No staff to help. Food is poor, not delicious and no variety. No desserts. An experience I would never repeat
Absolutely terrible, rude staff and just dirty…. Totally let’s Jeddah airport down
Worst Ever Lounge visted in my Travel history.
I visited in December 2022.
And
April 20 2023.
Literally no food in Dishes both time.
No body to refill.
In Recent visit Washrooms for men out of order.
How this is called lounge with no food .
I suggest loungeKey to remove it from list, and choose some better lounge with food.
As Jeddah Airport Terminal one is one of busy Airport.
Worst ever.
The worst Aport lounge! It is so sad when JED aport is new and beautiful.no lounge staffs to clear off dirty plates and rubbish used by customers.food is so so with no desserts at all!toilet in the lounge is dirty and disgusting!I rather go to any coffee shops outside the lounge.the attendant at the counter is so blur that he is not sure what to do.there was a queue but when someone cut the queue,he served that person first..
Uneducated staff ..don’t know single word of English I just asked them to check my card if it works in the lounge and they deducted my money from the card and told me no they didn’t deduct anything .I checked my statement it was deducted . 35usd
