Don’t expect much from this lounge. It is often over crowded, little to no food and it’s understaffed. The last few times I’ve been here, the buffet was empty with the exception of a few items that no one wanted. The bathrooms often have a line, but are acceptable once you get in. The one issue with the bathrooms, is that, on my last visit, the toilets were not set correctly to flush unless you held the handle down for a few seconds, so I’m guessing I’m not the only one who walked in on a dirty toilet.
In the plus side, the lounge has several comfortable chairs and chargers at every seat. I like their coffee machine and, of course, free drinks before a flight is great.
Not sure what’s going on with this lounge… Both bathrooms were out of order, the drink machine has been removed and the food options were a joke…cheerios, blueberries, mini muffins and pop tarts.
8:30am on a Monday – cheerios, blueberries, miniature blueberry muffins, mystery pop tarts, oatmeal packets… glad I had free access!
Tried to use my membership at WINGTIP STL on 10/31/2022 and once again no food available and only one employee. This is my 2nd review and nothing has improved. Will not renewal my membership.
