    worst lounge i have ever visited. Rude staff, poor service. They give you 1 water bottle and very limited food options. Tea, Coffee are available only during breakfast and otherwise it’s chargeable too.

    Not a single premium card is accepted here, pathetic experience at the reception, gentleman does not know how to talk, feels like someone of Zesto enemy operating here.

    Absolutely pathetic.
    Even if you have a HDFC Regalia Gold, you may still not be allowed to enter.
