Overall ratings
I have been coming here about once year for the last five years. It has never been good however now is totally disgusting. Hopefully not an indication of how AC maintains and operates its aircraft.
The filthiest lounge ever. Filthy carpet , dirty tables , dirty dish bowl left in the sink , and the guy who suppose to look after the lounge sitting in the computor area being on his phone.
Easily the worst lounge I have ever been in. If you are looking for that business class experience this is not the place to start. The carpeting is filthy, rotten food and an attendant who is too busy on the computer to offer any services. The food is clearly store bought with some excuse for snacks that have been left out for hours, food poisoning anyone? In reality, there is no reason to visit the lounge apart from alcohol being offered as its the only way to deal with the place.
Very very small, no bathroom, and flight display board is too high to see.
Staff used to be really good, but now changed.
A poor representation of the Maple Leaf Lounge.
