It’s a lounge. Not very big, not too nice inside, not the greatest food or service. But it is a lounge.

Nestled at the end of a small, somewhat hidden aisle on Level 4, this lounge offers a surprisingly underwhelming experience for frequent travelers. The layout feels disorganized, especially with the mini bar, which is not up to par in terms of quality or selection. The service is substandard, with disposable utensils being the only option – a rather unexpected touch for an international lounge.

However, there’s one notable highlight: a piping hot serving of porridge, a little gem for Asian rice lovers.

If you wanna see the very bottom level of a lounge can be, this is a must place to go.

The worst experience ever with this so called lounge. We had an access purchased 1 month in advance before our 14 hours long flight. We came rje same day to confirm: there was a sign that they were normally operating from 8 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. and we could coma later if we wanted. We came 2 hours later and they had already another sign: that they don’t provide the service after 6 p.m. for people who bought the access. Ridiculous!! The lady at the front desk was just kept saying: We don’t accept anymore the passes. Why? We don’t accept. Why? And then: they don’t understand me (the the other employee: what a service). Just terrible. Never go there if you have another choice.

Visited 6/4/24: tiny lounge, friendly staff, food better than expected.

Walked for 30 minutes and then made the effort of crossing from G to A to access the Priority Pass lounges and chose the Golden Gate lounge because it was morning and we thought we’d prefer the breakfast options at this one.

It’s nothing but a dump, everywhere is dirty, paper cups/plates. Two shared toilets with a bin bag covering the urinals. The warm food is cold and shouldn’t be sitting for as long as it has. There is nothing priority about this place. Save your money and choose somewhere else.
