Clean and simple. Smile on arrival. Close to gates. But I think they have it because they have to. Tiny place with basic foods and drinks. Free WiFi. It's ok.

Let me be clear. For us, it was included with our business Singapore air tix. So I’m not ungrateful for the snack. However, it is very small, and the food is just ok. We’re not usually “business class” people, so we’re not picky. But if you’re expecting Polaris type value, definitely not your spot.
Amazing food. Lots of options for Indian food lovers. Today’s menu had samosa, aloo bonda, idly with amazing sambhar, veg fried rice, butter chicken, choley a veggie gravy and naan bread. There’s also plenty of snack and dessert options of which I liked the jalebi and mothichoor ladoos. It’s not a big space so could get crowded during peak hours but the service personnel were friendly, the place near enough and there’s also a robot that comes to collect dishes which kids would feel entertained about. Overall the best lounge for Priority pass members at JFK
Felt a bit embarrassed that our lounge lacked good Indian food or a true representation of India, knowing what India truly is in reality. Bad rep of India at JFK, NY. Those who know India well will see what I mean. Those who do not know will have a falsely negative impression of India when only a few changes can transform the place.
Please make this lounge make at least some representation of our great Country.
