The food selection—snacks, nibbles, mini-sandwiches, and salads—is lackluster for a First Class lounge, but Business class passengers enjoy access to British Airway’s complimentary restaurant-style pre-flight dining service. Pre-flight dining is off-limits to Emerald guests flying in Economy, however.
You may have access to British Airways First Lounge as a premium customer of one of the following airlines, or as an elite member of their frequent flyer program. Check the Access rules tab for more details.

Overall ratings
Very small, dated and uncomfortable seats, miniscule snack/food menu. Hotter than hell (temperature wise) and employees feel neither compelled to do anything about it nor do they seem to care, because out where they sit, it’s not as hot. This is early December with moderately warm temperatures outside. The only reason this is not a one star but two star review is because there is an acceptable wine selection and proper champagne (Laurent Perrier). Bathrooms are clean, but no showers available, and a single stall only for men’s (three stalls in womens). But a Costco load of feminine products provided, just in case. This is not first class by any stretch of the imagination.
