So much better than the AA Admirals club, decent selection of beer, wine, finger sandwiches and booze, all serve yourself.

Overall ratings
After a disappointing visit to the AA admirals club I went here.
It was like night and day.
This lounge is not the best looking one but they have nice food and drinks.
Champagne on request.
The hot food is hidden away in the back. There’s free chips to take with you and some cold appetizers. The bar is self serve and well stocked
I was not allowed access although I met all requirements published on BA and One World website. The agent quoted an unpublished policy, although the next agent disagreed and said I should be allowed entry. Emerald traveling internationally from Europe, plus first class. They need to change the rules or update all websites.
I fully agree poor service, very arrogant hostess. You haven’t missed a great experience! It is a tiny, tired and overpacked lounge. Very short options for food. I am now sitting in the AA which with a chilled Marguerita and a nice view.
This lounge is much better than the Admirals Clubs at PHL. So if you have the approppriate oneworld-status you should head for this place even if you are not flying BA: Smaller than the big Admirals Club and no apron view but still much better choice. Crowded before the BA departure but otherwise more than enough seating.
Choice of food and beverages is good and you also can use a restaurant offering pre-flight diner.
Free WIFI, newspapers and magazines.
