Overall ratings
I am a BA Gold member (Emerald).
I was rejected by staff and they claimed I was not allowed entry as I was on an AA flight.
I contacted BA customer service and they confirmed I should have had access.
Staff seems to be very misinformed in this lounge.
That said if you make it in it is a nice lounge.
Window seating with view over the apron. Diverse food options, both hot and cold, vegan and not. Not that crowded.
Overall a good international lounge. Good food and drinks. It’s located at the far end of Terminal E.
We were there at 11am for a 1pm flight.. Was NOT impressed with the sandwich selections at all. Expected better since they moved from the basement. The one thing I hate about most lounges is there is never a place to put your used glasses and plates.
