Very disappointing - again! This is my 4th time in this lounge and it continues to go downhill.

Overall ratings
Like all other aspects of the dire BA product, cost-chopping has extended well and truly into this and their other lounges.
Awful – do not bother; use a proper airline instead.
As nobody uses BA via LHR very much any more, and for very good reason. The lounge is getting more and more aged and unkempt. The food offering is just as bad. As poor as the airline’s inflight product.
