Overall ratings
What a dreadful lounge. Its really only a slightly secluded gate lounge experience – with dirty lounges, cold-water showers and an extremely limited food selection (pre-wrapped blocks of Gouda cheese and crackers, celery sticks and small cold chicken rolls) and an even more mediocre staff. I dare not touch the food because it looks like its been sitting out for a long time; with an above-average change that its contaminated.
This barely qualifies as a lounge and the airline should be ashamed of itself for offering such an embarrassing experience for their premium traveller. Equally, PriorityPass members who use this lounge will be very disappointed that this is the calibre lounge offered-up to customers in Panama.
Judging from the universally inhospitable staff, it seems Copa really doesn’t care less.
Very crowded when I went (on a Saturday), and loud because a lot of the customers (and I’ve found this to be true in other places within Latin America), like to watch streaming video on their phone live–no earphones, just share it with the world. Snacks offered are pretty minimal, and except for coffee, you have to go to the bar to order any sort of drink–soft or alcoholic. As a previous comment stated, it’s better than sitting at the gate.

This should be about the lounge, not your broad-stroke, xenophobic take on the entirety of Latin America. If you can’t find a way to appreciate other cultures, the good and the bad, then stay home.
This club is fairly comfortable, clean, and quiet. Snacks are minimal and they do not allow you to bring food from the outside. WiFi is good and bathrooms are clean with included showers. Free alcohol is available. I’ve visited far better clubs but I is bet than sitting at the gate.
