Hi! I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at the Gameway in Los Angeles Airport.
Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted by a kind and professional employee who took the time to explain everything to me. I was impressed with his willingness to assist me throughout my visit.
I paid for an hour and decided to split my time between a Nintendo and PS5. When I wanted to switch to another seat, I encountered the manager who unfortunately was not as pleasant as the employee who greeted me. The manager made a comment about the PS5 being for “real gamers” which I found to be rather off-putting.
I found the manager’s attitude and behavior to be unacceptable and it made me uncomfortable continuing my stay at Gameway. As a result, I decided to leave earlier than anticipated.
While I was disappointed with my experience with the manager, I must commend the employee who initially assisted me for providing exceptional customer service.
