Havsalt at Oslo - Gardermoen (OSL) (International Departures) is a restaurant open to all passengers, and not a traditional airport lounge. At Havsalt you get fresh Norwegian seafood such as shrimp, lobster, herring and a wide variety of fish species. Havsalt’s signature dish is fish soup cooked in mussel stock.

It was really good. Don't be shy to tell him to make a fresh batch of raw fish. Reasonably priced for an airport. Try the local beer!
