Overall ratings
Perhaps I am an elitist, but this lounge is an embarrassment. We have seen hospital waiting rooms that were more inviting. This lounge has seating at most for maybe 20 people. Tacky and tasteless decor. The free snacks are below vending machine quality. We found it so depressing during a recent trip we left and went nearby to the restaurant for some food and ambience. Hawaiian has no business calling this an upper tier lounge.
