    Poor lounge, not much food and drinks, staff not so efficient.

    Just one big open area with non-comfortable seating.
    Staff is efficient, that`s all I can say. No warm welcome, nothing.

    Practically non-existing food options.
    No food options, other than dry crackers, some candy. Small selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

    Some newspapers, free wifi which is not too fast. Never tried the showers.

    Front-desk is very strict in enforcing the access-rules, this was the second time I was denied entry with 2 children since only one guest is allowed as oneworld emerald. Also there are many signs all over the lounge reminding passengers not to take any food with them. The lounge itself is nice, offering plenty of seats, some with nice apron view.

    Selection of food is actually quite nice for a contract-lounge in Germany. Choice of beverages is ok.

    Free WIFI and good selection of newspapers and magazines.

    Nice lounge with plenty of space/seeatings – if not at peak (arround 19h00). Nice view – parts of the lounge are quite dark.
    Deco is sobre..

    food was quite ok – nothing special but nice sandwiches, vegi-rissole, cookies etc…
    Only one red wine (mediocre) ;-(

    Sanitary facilities inside louge area; after I washed my hands -no paper!
    lack of socket outlets.

    Lounge offers plenty of seating in different areas and a nice apron-view. However in my opinion the whole place has no atmosphere.

    Average selection of warm an cold snacks. Choice of beverages was ok as well.

    Good selection of newspapers and magazines, free WIFI, large flight-information display. Restrooms are ok and there also is a shower available.

    Everything is ok at this lounge but really nothing special. The apron-view is nice.
