Overall ratings
Having visited the on-Schengen lounge previously, I was expecting a decent, adequate lounge. Well, was I wrong! The food quality and variety were both excellent, dirty and used plates, glasses etc. were removed incredibly quickly (unlike in the Air France 2F lounge) and all the staff interacted with customers (i.e. the ‘busboys’ were not just silent drones working away in the background). I removed one star under ‘Amenities’ because there was no smoking area but otherwise they were fine, including showers and a kids’ playing area.
