PREMIUM TRAVELLER experience? Hell NO!!!
Very simple lounge. No WC. Choice of food / beverages limited to minimum. And all that would be still somehow acceptable if not the terrible service!
Before my flight to Spain on June the 4th around 9:30 a.m. I decided to spend some time in a lounge. I still regret that I randomly chose this one instead the Air France one just next door. While preparing myself a drink I totally accidentally broke a little plate. I started cleaning, immediately putting the broken pieces into the trash bin. The lady from the front desk came shortly afterwards after she heard the noise. I apologized and continued to pick up the broken pieces. She disappeared! She came back about 10 minutes later and found a piece of a broken plate on the floor which I must have missed, and loudly scolded(!!!!) me in front of other guests that I didn’t clean up properly!!!!! I felt so humiliated. That was by far the worst lounge experience I have ever had. My recommendation: AVOID AT ANY COST!!!!
ps. I see from other comments that I am not lonely with my experience. #Fraport please look closer at this place!
