Overview
The brainchild of global airport lounge operator Plaza Premium Group, Intervals Sky Bar and Restaurant at Hong Kong airport is a full-service bar and restaurant open to all passengers. (Airline-invited guests receive complimentary food and drinks.)

Intervals occupies a prime location up on the Skybridge that links Terminal 1 with the satellite terminal. A dramatic window wall offers dramatic views over the tarmac, runway, and airport grounds.

The experience at Intervals revolves around the concept of time: patrons can choose flights of miniature cocktails and tapas-style snacks designed specifically for the length of their stay, from 15 to 60 minutes. Sample offerings include a Hong Kong Prawn Toast with Sakura Shrimp; Fig and Goat Cheese on Rye with honeycomb crunch; and Mini Taco with Glazed Turkey Meatballs.
