Lounge was definitely under par. Seating was stained and needed a good wash. Food was sparse and mostly inedible!!! Coffee machine was ok but one of them was broken!! Wouldn’t bother again and was very pleased that I hadn’t paid although did feel it was a waste of a pass!!!!
The lounge’s design is subpar; it lacks comfortable seating. The staff were unfriendly. The food selection was very limited, and the quality was poor. Furthermore, there were insects on the food. While the drinks were average, you couldn’t take anything with you, not even water. There were no amenities except for Wi-Fi. It was a regrettable expenditure of money.
Staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Food selection was very limited and covered in flies. It was inedible. Beverage selection was slightly better. The ambience and design was shabby and looked as if it needed a good clean. Don’t bother to go as the airport terminal is much better which says it all.
Such an uninspired place. Service staff was polite (but not friendly), the food&beverage selection is very basic, and the ambience & design reminded me of a dark “temporary place”. Don’t bother to go here (it’s quite far away from the populated gates), unless you need some snack and hold a priority pass or the like, but don’t even think of paying an entrance fee.
I recommend to add some wall paintings, better lighting, more selection in beverages and maybe a small bar. Then the staff automaticall gets more amiable 🙂
