LOT Business Lounge Polonez WAW design
The gorgeous space was obviously designed with a keen attention to details to offer patrons an elegant and relaxing experience. Wooden panels, light colors and modern lighting are enhanced by soothing water features and a living wall that runs along the entire length of the lounge.
The layout provides ample privacy without sacrificing space. Partitions and coat hangers carve out several seating areas conducive to both work and relaxation. Seating is ample and comfortable, with large sofas as well as isolated seats which provide enhanced privacy. Laptop users will enjoy the large individual desks, including one with a self-service computer. Power outlets are located throughout.
LOT Business Lounge Polonez WAW amenities
Two buffet areas offer an assortment of snacks and cold dishes (yoghurt, pastries, crudités, cold cuts) as well as soft and alcoholic drinks, wine, and espresso machines. The selection is no substitute for a real meal, but a certainly a notch above basic snacks. Service is prompt, with numerous staff constantly replenishing the buffets and picking up service items.
A large selection of newspapers and magazines is also available. The elegant bathrooms feature large individual stalls, and showers also available upon request.
LOT Business Lounge Polonez WAW bottom line
Overall, while the LOT Business Lounge Polonez at Warsaw airport is a somewhat small facility, it is exquisitely designed and features a solid range of amenities. Sitting by the living wall and water feature is rather enjoyable – make sure not to miss your boarding time, and allow time to go through passport control should your flight depart from the adjacent non-Schengen zone.
Note that HON Circle members benefit from an inner area with enhanced food and drinks and private seating dubbed the LOT Elite Lounge.
- The design, layout, living wall and water features.
- The calm and privacy.
- The bathroom and shower amenities.
- Not much, frankly – we just wish LOT also operated a lounge in the non-Schengen area.

Overall ratings
Llounge was absolutely crowded, not even a single empty seat. It’s impacted by ongoing reconstruction word and thereof the LOT Elite Lounge (usually within this one) is currently closed.
Talking to the counter they informed us that as we are not finding any space they can offer us an invitation to another lounge. After acceptance they handed us invitation vouchers for the Fantazja Executive Lounge (mainly used by Oneworld). Unfortunately that lounge insist on a strict only 3h before flight limit and denied entry up to that point.
Ratings are based on current situation (during reconstruction). Hopefully it’s better again, after they finished the work.
Basic lounge, not crowded. A selection of hot and cold food. Nothing was particularly good or outstanding. Self service beer and wine and some liquor.
Nice lounge with ample amount of seating.
There are 2 self-service buffets and bars offering a good choice of food and beverages. Only setback for me was the fact that they have Pepsi instead of Coke.
Free WIFI, some newspapers and magazines, business-centre with notebooks to use. Clean restrooms.
One of the best lounge in Europe!
Very nice lounge with a large selection of freshly cooked food, premium alcohols.
A lovely lounge all around.
You exspect a little more from the lounge of an airline at their main-hub. This is just an average lounge that offers a solid experience. Different seating areas, the two finest seats are reserved, possibly for Hon-Circle members.
There are 2 self-service buffet-areas. No warm food but good choice of snacks and candies. Small but sufficient selection of beverages
Free WIFI, some newspapers and magazines, flight information display and office-area with some workstations. Restrooms are ok.
